Terms and conditions for 4x Week - 3 Month Lump Sum 10%
- Athlete agrees to pay $675 every 3 months for 4 classes per week.
- If payment is not received 1 week after payments are due, athletes will be dropped from classes.
- Athletes must give 2 week notice prior to next automatic payment if unenrolling from classes. The email must be sent to info@otlfitness.com
- Make up classes are only granted for emergency purposes. Any reasons other than physical injury or family emergency must be agreed upon by athletes head coach. Misscheduling, sleeping in, or "other plans" are not reason for makeup. You have scheduled your class times ahead of time, schedule other tasks accordingly.
- Athletes must be committed to coming in and working hard. Do not take daily problems out on teammates or coaches. You are here to work hard and become great
